Celebrate Christmas at Wicken Fen

The festive season will soon be upon us and there's no better place to get into the spirit of Christmas than at Wicken Fen.

Wicken Fen is hosting a series of workshops and events to help you prepare and celebrate Christmas. Father Christmas who is busy making and wrapping presents has promised to find time in his busy schedule to visit his secret grotto on the fen.

Christmas Decorations Workshop
Saturday 14 November, 1000 -1300
What could be better than decorating your house and tree with your very own handmade decorations?
£15 includes all materials

Wreath Making Workshop
Saturday & Sunday 28 & 29 November, 1000 -1230 or 1330 -1600
Make a beautiful festive wreath from willow and natural fen materials.
£18 includes materials and seasonal refreshment - suitable for 12 years -adult)

Lantern-lit Christmas Carols, Crafts and Chestnuts
Friday 4 December, 1630 -2030
Enjoy a magical lantern lit stroll around the boardwalk, warm yourself up with hot punch and roasted chestnuts and sing along to some traditional Christmas Carols with the Wicken Fen singers.
Free Admission

Father Christmas at the Fen.
Saturday / Sunday 12, 13, 19 & 20 December, 1030, 1115, 1300, 1345 & 1430
Follow the Christmas Trail around the Boardwalk to discover Father Christmas in his secret grotto.
£6.75 - Suitable for children aged 3-12 years
