Cambridgeshire Wildlife Photographer to Exhibit at Wicken Fen

Wicken Fen National Nature Reserve will be hosting an exhibition of the stunning wildlife and landscape photography of Cambridgeshire photographer, Jeff Harrison, over the May Bank holiday weekend (1st -3rd May).

The exhibition will feature a selection of dramatic wildlife and landscape pictures many of which were taken at Wicken Fen. Speaking on the forthcoming exhibition Jeff said:

"Having been photographing the wildlife and landscape at Wicken Fen for more than 30 years, I'm delighted to have been invited by the National Trust to exhibit some of my work at the Fen and to share some of my favourite images and my passion for nature with visitors."

Jeff started observing and photographing wildlife at Wicken and elsewhere in the UK more than 30 years ago and his images have been widely published on the internet, featured in newspapers and magazines and have also been used by the BBC on the home page of their 'Nature's Calendar' website.

Some of his work has been highly placed in local, regional and international photographic competitions and he is one of only a handful of photographers specially licensed by Natural England to photograph kingfishers, barn owls and avocets at their nest sites.

The exhibition will be open for viewing and sales from 10am-4.30pm each day. Admission to the exhibition is free.
